Sessions focus on navigating minority stress, strengthening self-acceptance, and fostering resilience and empowerment through evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each individual’s needs.


Dialectical Behavior Therapy Informed

Dialectical Behavior Therapy is a skills-based therapeutic approach designed to help individuals regulate emotions, tolerate distress, and improve interpersonal relationships. DBT integrates mindfulness, emotional regulation, and communication strategies to support clients in developing balance, stability, and healthier responses to challenging situations.


EMDR Trained

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help clients process distressing experiences and reduce emotional overwhelm. EMDR is helpful for adolescents and young adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and feeling “stuck,” supporting the brain in reprocessing past experiences so they no longer feel as intense, and allowing for greater clarity, resilience, and emotional balance.
